MY 2000 CHRYSLER 300M COOLANT IS BOILING OVER BUT CAR NOT OVERHEATING?

BOUGHT FROM AUCTION IN MARCH, DROVE TIL END OF MAY THEN IT STARTED OVERHEATING AND THE
COOLANT CONTAINER HAD BROWN SLUG LOOKING STUFF SPILLING OUT,
1ST I HAD THE SYSTEM FLUSHED- STILL OVERHEATED AND THEN HEATER STOP WORKING
2ND REPLACED THE RADIATOR AND RADIATOR HOSE- WORKED FOR ABOUT A MONTH THEN
OVERHEATED AGAIN-   I THOUGHT MAYBE LOW ON COOLANT SO FILLED CONTAIN AND NOW IT WORKS
WITH OUT OVERHEATING BUT THE COOLANT CONTAINER STILL BOILS OVER SO I OPENED IT AND LET
SOME RUN OUT THEN CLOSED IT SO FOR ABOUT A DAY IT HAS NOT BOILED OVER OR OVERHEATED,
PLEASE TELL ME WHATS WRONG I DRIVE FOR A LIVING AND I REALLY NEED THE CAR FIXED BUT CAN
AFFORD FIXING THINGS THAT DONT FIX THE PROBLEM
