Hi I HAVE A CHRYSLER 300M/2000 WHEN I START MY CAR IT MAKES A LOUD ROARING SOUND IT ONLY DOES THIS IN THE WINTER. ANY SUGGESTIONS

Sounds like maybe a idler pully

I have a 200 and haven't had any trouble yet but I've found in the past on some of my cars that's u sell the noise I've heard

Look at the power steering fluid. It could be low or need changing. My 300 did this and I switched to full synthetic power steering fluid and it cleared up the noise;
