Help! My cig lighter, radio and wipers are not working!

Monday night I parked my car in the driveway, Tuesday morning I turned on my car and my radar detector that i had plugged into the cig lighter didnt turn on. Than the radiop didnt power up and the windsheild wipers dont work either. Ive checked the fuses under the hood and under the dash but i cant find any of them burnt out. Anyone tha has any Ideas please help me! Its torture with no music

Because of the wiring in the sebrings it may be some random fuse under the hood. Do your windows and headlights work or are they out as well?

They have a bad habit of losing the ground, I have had two of them and they both did this. the grounds attach to a bolt on the left tower down low close to the frame. The location sucks, but you can get to it. Simply cut the wires back to clean copper, put new ends on, clean up the rust of the bolt, and reattach. problem solved . Its about a 1 hour fix and about 5 bucks. usually the wipers and cruise control go first, there are about 8- 10 small wires at this connection in one terminal. hard to tell what else it will fix. Good luck!!
