300m will not turn on

my 1999 300m turned off on my while i was driving it. I checked to see if the fuel pump was working. It was. changed the spark plugs, and made sure that all the fluids. the car cranks over but it will not turn on. Need some help with this.

Turn your key to the "ON" position and listen for the fuel pump turning on for a few seconds. If it doesn't turn on, it is probably the fuel pump relay. It's a relatively inexpensive part and pretty easy to replace usually.

What if it is doing that (problem stated above) and it is NOT the fuel pump relay. The crank shaft sensor and the input and output transmission speed control sensors have been changed in mine. It acts like it wants to start but just won't. Now my husband noticed an "oil leak" under the transmission. Not a big leak but some oil on the ground under where the transmission is. While I was driving on the interstate, it shook twice very quickly as the check engine light flashed on and off and then the engine lost all power. Could it be the timing belt? Please help...
