Having steering issues with my 98 Sebring convertible jxi front wheel drive

So i am having issues with the steering wheel. It
some times hard to turn. And makes a squealing
sound. And some times when im driving straight it
turns on me in mid drive so weird. Can anyone
explain please. I wanna take good care of this low
km car i have. Its in mint condition and all original.

I had the same issue with it everytime I turn it made sounds it could be damaged tie rods, Damaged Power Steering Pump/Rack/Belt or low ball joints
