elecrtic fuel pump saftey shut off switch

she ran out of gas, and now it don't start. and yes there is gas in it now

s a fuel shut off relay under the hood. There is a small black box just above the fuse box. The relay on the bottom left is the shut off relay.

I have the same.exact problem. I ran my fuel pump of gas then put gas in it then it starts for like 15 seconds and.died out and wouldn't start again. ND I JUST PUT A BRAND NEW FUEL PUMP IN LAST NIGHT still not getting any sound.from it

it could be an asd relay which is automatic shut down relay it kills power to fuel pump and distribuator its on the drivers side on the firewall just below the hood line there should be 3 in a row if it bad you may not have had a bad fuel pump
