Fuel pump is located inside the fuel tank and requires dropping the tank to access or replace.

Fuel pump is in the fuel tank and has a cap that screws off that makes the replacement easier than most fp replacements. Just replaced mine. My biggest problem was finding the connector that plugs the fp into the wiring of the car. Chrystler dealer told me to find gromet under body of car and to snatch the wire and it will come out. Thankfully, I didi not do that. Remove the back seat. On the sitting part, lift up on front. Seat will release. Then pull forward and seat will slide right out. You will see two bolts holding a bracket for seat belts and seat back. remove those and lift straight up on back of seat and it will come out. You will then seee the connector at the base of where the seat back was. Hope this helps. If I would have had this info when I replaced my fp, it would have saved me time and frustration.
