How many miles per gallon would a 1965 Jeep CJ5 with a four cyl get on the highway.

It should get well over 25mpg if it's running right (good luck finding a jeep that old that runs the way it should)... but remember, these jeeps were made more for around small towns or for farms, they don't travel above 50mph without straining. so you probably wouldn't wanna drive it on most highways anyways
Who cares, you're in a Jeep!
I have a 1968 cj5 f134 engine with a hotspark electronic ignition and matched coil.It also has a newer solex carb on it.I am running 10.50x31 bfg a/t and I adverage 30mpg in the city.Johnathan is completely correct they do not go over 50mph,its not going to get you there fast but will get you there. They are fun to drive but not for modern day highway use they are too slow but hey its a jeep you don't need roads!
