1966 Jeep CJ5 Fuel Pump

I use a 1966 Jeep CJ5 (4cyl F-Head) to plow our 650' driveway. Mechanical fuel pump
quit working. Tank, filter & gas lines were all clear. Pump was replaced - same problem. I'm afraid the cam nay be worn. Is there an electric fuel pump that will work with this engine?  Any help will be greatly appreciated.
