92' Window Glass Removal

I own a 92 Le Baron 4 door sedan. It's a 2.5L 4 cylinder.

I want to remove the window glass from both rear doors so that I can tint both windows. I took off the door panel and got really confused... Most vehicles seem to have two screws that connect the glass itself to the white plastic arm that holds it up. Not on mine. The white plastic doesn't seem like its possible to disconnect from the glass on my Le Baron. There are two pop rivets holding the plastic arm to the glass. Do I really need to unbolt the window motor from the door and puzzle everything in the door around to get the window off the track and out of the door?
