Go to your profile and view listings, click on the listing you want to link to and copy that URL. Paste it wherever you want. This is something the admins need to address; they need a "copy link" button on the ad page, so you can get a direct link to your ad that doesn't include all the unnecessary parameters, like zipcodes.
