Stick your head up under the dash and locate the steering column. Follow it with your eyes toward the firewall and you should see a a circular bright metal disc about the size of a coffee cup opening. There are two torx screw going through it 180 degrees apart. While jiggling the shift lever with your hand, see if the plate is loose. The screws sometime work themselves loose. If the plate jiggles, tighten the screws.
We tried replacing one fuse - any other thoughts?
