Theft light on my ford explorer blinking fast dont know what to do im stuck in the streets

I doubt you will get this fixed in time, can you call a taxi? Or you are just going to have to find help.

I found help but I heard that it could be problem of my keys or I would need to change the anti theft program for alot of money

Yes if it involves the anti theft system, it would need to go to the dealer. But in the owners manual there should be a reset procedure for the anti theft system, to try first.
