Won't start

It is my understanding the computer has to see both the cam and crank sensor signals or it won't ground the asd relay. The asd relay sends voltage to several systems including your fuel injectors and ignition coil. If you have spark at the plugs, engine cranking, I don't think the problem is the cam or crank sensor, I think the problem is something else. Voltage at the fuel injectors is dark green wire with orange tracer, have to check for voltage with engine cranking. The other color wire at fuel injector is ground. With engine cranking, if both wires at fuel injector have close to same voltage, there is no ground, for whatever reason. Just my opinion. Are there any applicable trouble codes? Battery has a full charge?
See if you can get it to give you any trouble codes. Turn ignition key on/off three times ending in off position and count service engine soon flashes. If it doesn't flash try generating a code by disconnecting battery. These models also had issue with injector harness might have to do a pin out test checking continuity through injector harness.
No code replace the ECM the coil pack the crank sensor will not fire
NOCO replace ECM coil pack crank sensor wires will not far
I have a 2003 Chrysler Voyager LX replace the coil pack ECM crank sensor spark plug wires will not fire
