My 1999 Chrysler voyager is consuming a lot of fuel what should I do

Any trouble codes? A tune-up might improve gas mileage, so would cleaning/replacing dirty filters (fuel, air, PVC, EGR). A worn torque converter clutch/solenoid can also cause higher engine RPMs or can even keep trans from going into OD, robbing you of gas mileage as well. If engine is really whipped though (worn valves, piston rings, etc) MPG will always suffer.
