Front brake lines

Why when I hit the brake pedal , is there a click
sound that immediately happens as soon as I
touch brakes? An then how do you get them so
sensitive of an or at the touch?

Sounds like brake pad moving in caliper pads need to be removed and brake grease put on back of pads to stop noise when applying brakes.
