my horn is stuck on

over the past 3 weeks,  my horn would sound when I turned the steering wheel hard to the right.  now it is completely stuck on,  I had to unplug the wiring to the horn,  This may be related to my problem.  My cruise control also stopped working and I also have a constant air bag light on

its the horn pad. Mine did the same thing and I tested everything. I took the air bag off and my horn stopped. I took the air bag off the horn pad and hooked up just the pad and my horn stated to sound again. But the problem is find who sales just the horn pads.

I did replace the clock spring as well as everyone suggested. That didn't work either. I found a used air bag and horn pad and it fixed my problem.
