2001 Ford Mustang no brake lights , blinkers , or emergency flashers

2001 Ford Mustang 3.8 liter No
blinkers, Brakes , or emergency
flashers I have ive read several of
Questions and answers and with
all the IFO i read ive came to the
concluision that its not in the
brake switch or the bulbs or the
wiring or flasher relay or fuses are
all good  so the only  other thing i
can figer it could be would be the
multi blinker combination switch  
is their any way to test the blinker
multi combination switch  is their
any way to test the switch and
my. other question is when i look
on line for the part it says it is
made for all mustangs from 1994
to 2004 and it will fit but some
one told me today that the parts
for 2001 mustang are on their
own that their not the same does
any one no if this true
