With engine running measure the voltage at the battery terminals. It should be somewhere between 13 and 15 volts. If it is over 15 volts the battery is being over charged by the alternator. If the voltage is normal either there is a corrosion or connection problem with the positive cable connection or the battery has an internal problem. The rotten eggs smell usually indicates an internally shorted battery or overcharging and boiling of the electrolyte.
What do I do to fix it cuz it does it to every battery I put in
Measure the voltage and / or have the alternator tested. Also have someone take a very close look at the positive battery cable. It may have internal corrosion causing high resistance which may heat up under load. A local auto parts store probably can test the alternator output while it is on the vehicle.
If it is the alternator what will fix the problem.
A new alternator or voltage regulator.
