What could the problem be if i fixed the plugs and wires on my van when cylinder 3 is misfiring

Cylinder 3 is misfiring. i changed the plugs and wires and the check engine light is still on and it keeps driving like it's running out of gas. The check engine light will flash too and then stay on

The engine light is flashing a code telling you something has problems,you can go have code read and it will let you know the issue,but IMO,it could be a bad coil pack,or one of your fuel injectors not firing on #3,but have codes read and you will get your answer to the two.
