Is There a way to modificate a car with a turbo diesel engine this isn't an electronic one

uh... more info is needed. What are you wanting to modify? What are you wanting to modify to? I would image a 2001 would be electronic. And modificate isn't a word.

maybe modificate is redneck for modifying fabrication, lol but I would love a diesel so I could go to my friends buffalo wings restaurant for fuel haha

Yes there are ways to modify turbo diesel engines without buying an expensive ass chip. Unfortunately its much more cost effective to just by the chip, or you wont pass carbon particulate emissions. I wish i could tell you more, but im a gasoline engine technician.
