No fuel to carb

I Arced or crossed the "lighter" wires and fuel pump
stopped.
Fuse is good.
But do not know how to check fuel pump relay.

I looked at info c1500--5.0L engine. You can see inline fuse, did you check that fuse, also, check voltage on the fuse circuit, use a test light to check voltage. See the orange wire at fuel pump relay, hot all the time, check for voltage, use a test light. That circuit is protected by fusible link. See the fuel pump top wire is voltage, bottom wire is ground. Might be other issues?

Ok, I looked at the 1500 instead of 3500, my bad. Went back and looked at 3500--5.7L engine, same wiring diagram.
