2003 Durango - 4WD not engaging and no panel lights light-up when flipping switch

switch is not engaging, no noise is heard when switch is flipped and no change in 4WD. Is there a fuse or relay for this?

the 4wd actuator is damaged...inspect the mechanism what performs this function~ http://www.amazon.com/Dorman-600-101-4WD-Actuator/dp/B000IZ490Y _____ok, verify this will fit, as the Amazon site requires~
