i have a 2001 ford taurus and i think the transmission went bad when i put it in drive it wont go anywhere when i put it in park it make a loud noise i was wondering if i put transmission fluid in the

You don't put trany fluid in unless it is low, you can check it, but sound like your right, bad trany.

Unfortunately, Ford Taurus cars have had a checkered history of bad transmissions.
