I have the 2003 crew with the 4.7L. The front "wheel bearings" are a part of a slide on hub assembly. They are made in China. One of the hub/brg assms I got online was junk, fractured the inner race and hummed immediately. Left side. Replaced just a few days ago. Hum gone. Do NOT tighten the nut more than recommended. That may have been what cracked the race. Cheap shiz.

??? What did you have to dis-assemble during the St Rack replacement? Anything else that could cause the noise?
