Oil smells like gas and won’t idle

2002 dodge Dakota 3.9 v6. Oil smells like it has gas
in it, won’t idle and is making a ticking sound. Any
ideas?

Makes sense. Had someone tell me it might be a burnt piston or rings but the injector sound more likely. Thanks
