My alarm won't stop

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The steering shaft snapped in my 01 Dodge
Durango so I replaced the entire steering
column and now my alarm continuesly goes
off . The engine cranks then instantly shuts
down. I tried putting the old ignition in but It
didn't solve the problem. Can u help me?

you can try to reboot the device by disconnecting one or both of the battery cables and touch them together for a minute or less just for a fresh start after this repair or ck. this ▶ 1:24 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tYNlr7dS5vU
