Suddenly high oil pressure parked truck for days

2 wheel drive I think Had blowout and
parked truck for few weeks then after having
to jump it off due to dead battery the oil
pressure gauge went up as well as the water
plz help have no vehicle knowledge just
bought truck 2 months ago
