fan quit blowing

I have a Dodge caravan 1999  and the fan quit working, i know the AC work because when
i speed up i can feel a cool air, also the fan come sometimes when i hit a bump and when
the fan is on i can hear a buzzing sound on the front right corner right close to the
windshield. what the problem and how much i cost to repair it?

probably a loose wire , get a flash light and see if you can see any connections that you can get at,fuse hasn't blown so no short yet. cost??? do what you can first then ask around for estimates.
