Radiator flush

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

If i twist the cap to flysh my radiator on a slanted
hill with front end leaning on the slantand my fluid
cones out withing minutes good or bad

does it not have a petcock on the bottom of the radiator? and if the cap is loose and car is at the correct angle the fluid will flow faster ???

Comes out from where? Engine hot or cold? Petcock opened or the lower radiator hose disconnected?
