While drive my 97 Dakota V8 2 WD and I steer quick to left only I here a low
roar and can feel slight vibration. I tried rotating the tires. It remained the
same.The speed that I here this is approximately 5-10 MPH. What could it be?

sounds like a wheel bearing/hub assembly, Jack it up and see if there is any play from top to bottom, if not drive the truck sand gently go side to side like your start making a crazy eight and if the noise changes its the wheel bearing
