Battery has a full charge? Did you check primary voltage to ignition coil, dark green wire with orange tracer, use a test light, engine cranking. That voltage comes from asd relay. The asd relay supplies voltage to several systems, ignition coil and fuel injectors, just to name a couple. I'm not saying the relay is faulty, at the moment, I don't know. Any applicable trouble codes? Some of these vehicles, the computer has to see both the cam and crank sensor signals or it may not ground the asd relay. As far as sensors, I usually want to check sensor wiring circuits before replacing anything.
You got to be grounded. Or have a broken wire somewhere in harness.

I have the same truck and having the same issues. To start with, the engine is a complete rebuild. New everything except the block which was bored out 30. I have new cam sensor. Crank sensor. Fuel pump. Coil. When I got the engine in it started right off. I ran it for about 30 minutes. I heard a rubbing noise that sounded like transmission in which I had rebuilt. I figured something was messed up in it. So I removed both driveshafts. Transfer case. Unhooked the shifter assembly for the 4WD. Got all but two Tranny bolts out when I pulled down on the plate that goes between the transmission and block. I got it out and noticed some gouging on it where it was rubbing something. And it was slightly bent. Leaving me to think I bent it putting it in. Decided to put it back together and try it again. Meanwhile my son in law needed a fuel pump. So I gave him mine. After a few weeks I replaced mine and went to start it. Cranks over but nothing. First thing I noticed was I didn’t hear fuel pump charge. Bed is off so I should have. Tested the pump, it works. Checked power at the pump, nothing. Followed wire to the fuse box and have continuity. Checked the ground. All good. Someone asked if I had spark. I said yes, I had it running a few weeks ago and only changed pump. Got back to the shop thinking about that so I checked. No spark or fuel gauge signal. I replaced everything again. Coil, cam sensor, crank sensor, ECM and still no spark. I went back through the entire truck and removed every ground, cleaned them and put back on. I have about $8000 in this truck and about to put a match to it. I need some help. Oh, on the odometer I get codes 920, 921, 950, 999. I plug OBDII reader and it says a link error. All fuses and relays also have been replaced. Please help. Respectfully Dennis
did you ever find out the problem? I am having all the same problems as you and I've replaced everything I can think of.

Was told door lock fuse could be an issue. Seems the lock sends a signal to the processor. Part of the security system. Without it the processor will disable both fuel and spark.
