Machanic broke my truck

02 sensors do NOT create a no start. Considering this vehicle is 22 years old there can be many possible causes for a no start... also no need to disconnect the battery when changing oxygen sensors. If you want to learn check out iATN upgrade your skill set.

Well since they broke it they will be fixing it for no cost. I don't want to take it somewhere else that will be charging me for something that they did. I have already given this mechanic a bunch of money to fix this truck.. Just to get the transmission leak fixed. I do agree that it does sound a bit shady but I am not gonna get charged for this since they are the ones that broke it. I am just wondering what it could be after changing the O2 sensor. Since mechanic states they have tried all obvious possibilities.. fuses.. wires.. and now they are going to try the computer.. which I will not know until Monday if it is that.. Since the truck was working fine before the mechanic had touched it just had a leak. Then apparently somehow pinched the O2 sensor. Which then had to replace that. After which then now cant get my truck to start, I am just wondering what would cause it to now not to start. What could they have done to have caused the truck not to start. Short out the computer, fuses, blow the starter, bad O2 sensor, spark plugs, could the mechanic be a moron, I just want to know what the possibilities are. So that when I talk to them tomorrow I can ask if they have tried all the possibilities. I tried to google it and got a few answers but want to be able to go to the mechanic with a clear understanding with what they could have done to the truck.

Something else the mechanic said was that he wasn't getting any reading from the computer. So that is why he was thinking it was the computer.

well it ended up being the computer.. got it fixed.. no charge..
