I have a 1996 Dodge Caravan that wont crank over. I hear a clicking, buzzing sound from the fuse panel below the dash when the key is off and the door open. Battery is about 6 months old but acts like it's dead. When I connect a charger to it the engine starts. I don't see any warning lights.

Check the ground cables just before the ground terminal if you have a big and small wire bolted together on the battery terminal connector unholy the two wires and clean their terminals. That was my problem. Found it by connecting a code reader and cranking the van and it run as long as the reader was connected
