Steeering issues

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Looking for a starting point. power steering is stiff at 3 o clock and 9 clock.
power steering pump sound like it running when i turn the wheel. fluids good.

If fluid is ok and belt is tight, sounds like the steering gearbox has a bad gear in it
