How do i perform a fuel pressure test on 1996 dodge neon highline

My car luggs on freeway, sometimes completely killing the engine. I need to do a fuel pressure test on my 1996 dodge neon highline to see if fuel pump needs to be replaced. How can i perform this test?

I'd first check on your fuel pressure regulator...the vacuum source to it and the job that it's doing...unless you've got a pressure gauge with a shroeder valve would be best to start with your fuel pressure regulator~

was looking for a 10-20 on it's exact location with photos but ain't found shit...looks to me like it is on top of the fuel-rail/manifold and has a vacuum connection to it~...what can I say....look where the fuel stream is interupted by the vacuum plunger and bellows and you've found it~

its not on the rail its on the outside of the fuel pump
