Car ran out of gas now won't start

I ran out of gas and out gas in it
droveit to the house and noe it will not
start. It trys but just wont. I checked
the fuel pump and filters both good.
Check the pl bugs and coil pack both
good its getting gas to the engine. I'm
out of ideas.

Check fuel pressure. All because you hear the pump running does not always mean that it's pumping the right amount of pressure to engine. Running out of fuel is bad on the pump. Lots of times doing this will burn the pump up.
