1994 dakota won't urn over?

battery, starter , and relay all good, replaced neural switch, lights work

Check the flywheel to see if any bolts have backed out and up against the bell housing. DAKS are known for this. I would also put a breaker bar on the crankshaft pulley and see if the engine turns. Reward points if this helps
