cant get bear wheel off to do brake job

trim cap off lug nuts all but 2 off they are loose cant get tire to budge

does it have rear drum brakes and the parking brake set?

Good Morning Rforman, Sounds like Tom has a good method of breaking them free. On mine I usually just spray WD-40 around the center of the wheel and then tap the back of the wheel or tire with a small sledge hammer until they free up. The wheel fits tightly around the hub, this is very common on these heavier duty trucks. Good Luck, Rats

might wanna use a block (4x4 couple ft long) of wood so you don't damage wheel...
