blower motor resistor location

i have pulled almost the entire dash out to locate this device that controls the speeds of the blower motor .. it has power the fan does but it does not have all speeds everything is good other than that . hehe i am a woman with A.S.E. cert. ut this is getting to be a bitche'...someone help me locate the item in question, thank you

I know this was forever ago, but it isnt under the dash, it is up under the hood, near/under the windshield wiper fluid container, a little more towards the center. It's a bi*ch to get at, honestly.

More clearly, its on the fire wall behind the washer fluid tank.
