Check your fuel pressure and your plugs. If there's no fuel pressure, it's most likely a malfunctioning fuel pump. If there's no spark, it could be coil, distributor/coil packs, or crank sensor. If you have both fuel and fire, it could be MAFS or dirty intake.
You have to start with some good old fashioned troubleshooting. Since it is turning over (cranking) it's not the battery or starter. Does it have spark? Pull a plug wire and check for spark. Does it have fuel? Try some starting fluid to see if it tries to start. If so, then check the fuel pump and relay to see if it is working. It can be a number of thinks, you just have to check each until you find the trouble.
