Changed brake pads and lubricated but still squeals loudly.

They are fine. We used pads from AutoZone. Do you think that using authentic Ford brake pads will solve issue by chance?

No,duralast pads are good,if rotor,s are good,you may need to make sure the clip,s were installed correctly,they would cause it to squeal if not installed properly.

Agree with above, the clips need to be centered on the rotor, if not one side will rub and squeal.
