Is the Engine Light on? Which engine does it have?
Could be the battery. Try turning the headlights on for about 10 seconds, turn them off, and then try starting it.
Can you give us some more information... What happens exactly when you turn the key... Does it Crank but not start? If so is the cranking slower than normal Does it click and that's all? Does it do absolutely nothing?
I had smiler problem try leaving a charge on your battery see if that solves your problem if so try checking the water level or replacing the battery. Also check to make sure your posts are nice and clean. They might have come loose on you.

try new fuel filter and gas line de-icer
My 99 f150 won't start when the outside temp gets too cold....I figured out if I put a heat gun on the crank sensor for a few minutes it would start right up...I replaced the crank sensor but I still have to put the heat on it when it is too cold outside....if anyone knows what is going on here I would appreciate it if you can explain it to me.
this engine will not run if one injector is bad will run when bad cylinder is unpluged
