1989 cutlass oldsmobile where is fuel pump relay or how to reset it ???

I'm pretty sure its on the firewall. There should be a plastic cover with a thumb screw, pull it off. No reset. Either the fuse blew or the relay or pump failed.

For future searchers, it is right behind the passenger side headlight. There is a rack that holds up to six of the same type relay, either screwed on, or slide on from the top. The Fuel Pump Relay has the orange and orange w/black stripe wires
