I have a 1989 oldsmobile cutlass ciera drives fine till you come to a stop or in park then it like to shut off any ideas on what it could be

my 1990 oldsmobile cutlass cierra ran fine yesterday. it rained like hell last night now it wont start. the battery area is wet also. it cranks but wont turn over. 93 olds cutass ciera 3.3L replaced the fuel pump, car ran for a 1 1/2 hours i stopped for gas and it would not restart, i changed the ignition control module and two relays. please help 16 Answers
