if I was a wise guy i'd say the low voltage one (instead of the high,lol)....the distributor will have one red wire...that'd be the one~

actually will have a muli-pin connector for tachometer pulse, ground and spare~

think there's a ballast resistor in there somewhere in front or behind the coil's power, you could test there too, if testin' presence of power is what you're doin?
