how to remove back seats

They should just unbolt from the floor. They might be under small plastic covers. Its been a while since I worked on an XUV. They only where made 2004-2005.

You shouldn't have to remove the seats to get to the jack. Should be levers on the side of the seats. Pull up on one side it will let the seat back fold down. Pull up on the other side of the lever and the rear of the seat should lift up off the floor and tilt forward. The jack should be under the passenger side.

Did this really happen? Lol. I know it was 4 years ago but did you really try to remove the whole back seats to get to the jack? Or did you just mean lift the seat to get to the jack. That’s great
