Possible bad battery connection or wire at starter is loose or corroded,if this is not the issue your starter may be bad.

Surf the net on how to check the solenoid/relay mounted on the fender-well of the vehicle, near the battery. It is nothing more than a high amperage switch being operated by a low amperage circuit. If it check's OK then you will have to check for voltage coming from the ignition to the solenoid/relay which engages the circuit when the key is turned to start. TST's suggestion should be conducted first as it is the simplest to do.
