I have no dash lights when key on and no crank.

So I have no dash light other then the ABS and Oil light and have no power. When I turn the key on the radio will work but no fuel pump sound, no dash lights like normal, no nothing. HELP!!!

I have changed the neutral safety switch, fues box, ignition switch, key n tumbler,generic electronic module, and gone through both fuse boxes and both relat boxes.
