My truck vibrates when I am at a stop light or parked. Not too much but enough to feel the difference. Could it be the spark plugs? Just had an oil change.

I would say yes it's probably time for a tune up. Plugs (A/C Delco), wires, fuel filter, PCV valve (if it has one) look at your air filter and cabin filter(s) as well.
